The International Bus Benchmarking Group was established in 2004, to provide a forum for a number of medium sized and large bus organisations from different parts of the world to share experiences, compare performance, identify best practices and learn from one another. As of August 2013, the International Bus Benchmarking Group is comprised of 15 bus organisations.
