Kel in Cambridge .:. Adventures during my summer abroad at Cambridge U. July 20, 2009. Posted by Mikael under Classes. I thought that when you were in a new place, time went by slowly so you could absorb more of everything. Such was the case during my first week in London and the first couple days in Cambridge. So not the case anymore! Classes have been fairly interesting! It seriously is the best view of the city! I particularly liked the musician character whose name is a loss for me now…. For a taste ...

Kel in Cambridge .:. Adventures during my summer abroad at Cambridge U. While in London, I did a LOT of walks guided by top-of-the-line London Walks. Tour guides, so I thought I’d dedicate a page to my reviews about each different walk I did. Might take a while to get them all up here, but I’ll work on it. Can you believe I have participated in 10 so far (in a little more than a week during half of which I was in Cambridge)? Written in the order in which I participated. Ancient City at Night. Tuesday, February 3, 2015. I have been missing here on the blog for a long time, I know! Now I regularly change the board to go with the season or holidays or events. Here's our first Autumn scene I did in November. A Christmas scene for December. And a winter scene for January. We'll see how long winter lasts. When there are enough spring flowers out it will be time to change the board again. Links to this post. Labels: Our UK home. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. A Portrait a Week.

Britain and beyond: Toddler friendly banana bread
http://anneliesemostert.blogspot.com/2015/05/toddler-friendly-banana.html
Thursday, May 7, 2015. Toddler friendly banana bread. Isabella helped me bake a banana bread this morning. Usually I bake it in a muffin tray to have individual muffins for snacks but I made jelly in the muffin tray and not used it all yet. It's toddler friendly because it has no sugar. Not as sweet then obviously but even Andre declared it good enough. Here's the recipe from Jamie Oliver's website. And the best part of baking of course. May 8, 2015 at 7:18 AM. Tuesday, September 23, 2014. I don't want her to grow up! Isabella is 11 months old today and sometimes I feel a little like this about her growing up so fast:. She gets cuter in different ways and. So I don't have a small cuddly baby but I do have a big cuddly baby with a first birthday coming up soon! Just for fun I put her under her play gym yesterday. Above she was 1 month old and below a day short of 11 months. She wasn't really interested in playing with it! Links to this post. We stopped at this j...

Monday, May 4, 2015. Lambing Day at Amners Farm. I'm making a serious effort to get back into blogging! I also downloaded an app to blog from my phone so we'll see if that helps too. Yesterday (Sunday) we visited Amners Far. M with friends. It's actually my friend from post natal group when Isabella was only a couple of months old and the two girls now go to the childminder together. Explaining to daddy how the sheep's 'jumper gets taken off'. My attempt at a family photograph. The pony was of course led...

Britain and beyond: December 2014
http://anneliesemostert.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 23, 2014. We went on a steam train ride last weekend. We all really enjoyed it so much. It was an hour trip, the adults got wine and mince pies and the kids got a juice and a present from Father Christmas. Was really worth it, Isabella was happy and relaxed the whole time, enjoyed some strawberries and didn't cry at Father Christmas although he didn't quite get a smile from her. Links to this post.
