Monday, July 4, 2011. I hate my washing machine. Normally, I don't have many problems with my washing machine. I know a lot of people have had many clothes ruined because of theirs, and yes, I have had a few fatalities. However, this last load of wash I did was the worst yet. The damages include 1 stretched out skirt, 1 stretched out dress, 1 hole punctured through a cardigan, and 1 destroyed t-shirt. Here's some proof:. I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to happen! Sunday, January 9, 2011. I'll be leaving for Vietnam soon. I have 10 official vacation days this winter, and I planned to take it over the Chinese Lunar New Year, giving me 3 extra "free" vacation days. I'll be in southern to south-central Vietnam for a total of 18 days! We each have ideas of what we want to do, but nothing set in stone other than the first two days. We'll be staying in HCMC for a few days. I can't wait to explore and see all the French architecture! Oh, and dodge lots of motorbikes.

Monday, June 27, 2011. Picasso at the Lapin Agile (ie Rupert's Play). Sunday was Rupert's play. He's been busy rehearsing for over 3 months now, but I think all the hard work payed off!
