Friday, September 02, 2011. September 2nd, 2011. Went this evening after work to get a pedicure and manicure with Julie. Actually had a gift certificate she got me fro my birthday last December still to use! And still we have en event this weekend, figured no better time to use it then now! I have always wanted to do a French manicure with blue tips – so i finally decided to try it out! It came out wicked! The look on the toes is called crackle! The possibilities are endless! Saturday, September 03, 2011. September 3rd, 2011. Spent all day/afternoon out in the sun shooting for a friends sons 2nd birthday party. Did we ever have a gorgeous and hot day though! Then i headed home to get all dolled up for Julie and Stephen’s engagement dinner this evening. All the ladies all dolled up! Some of the decorations. The 6 of us! First I finished the Icewine mittens (The second was considerably faster than the first). In the end I ended up ripping out the thumb of the first too to change the placement of the border and then make it longer. Here they are in all their glory. I finished the pink/peach/coral socks:. 3x3 Cable with Moss Stitch. Louet gems fingering - soft coral 04. US 1 / 2.25 mm. July 7th, 2008 - Nov 25th, 2008.
