We seem to be working in the safest workplace in WA! Only one hazard was spotted and this by Pat N who has received a "Worksafe" pack. Somebody had stood a flip chart easel most precariously against the secure recycling bin in the 6th floor staffroom, thereby risking it falling over/on someone when trying to access the bin.
