Bonita says "it's kind of suckish and it doesn't make sense, because rather than building you up for it, you just do a cold run". However, my Li'l Man has shaved two minutes off his mile time! Lefse are Norwegian flatbread.a little like a tortilla.made from potatoes and flour.
