Hello everyone. I'm new here. I'm sort of new to being a vegan. A bit about me. My name is Jessica. I first went raw vegan in 2004 while preggo with my daughter. I couldn't eat anything cooked because it made me sick. Shortly after she was born I went back to my omni lifestyle and ate really bad. Since then I keep on trying to go back to being raw. It was a great experience. My pregnancy with my daughter was the best pregnancy EVER! I believe that raw foods played a large roll in that. Post a new comment.

Why is it so hard? 6 years ago I was a raw vegan. I had been pregnant with my daughter and for some reason couldn't keep down anything cooked. It was then that I heard of being raw and really liked it. So eventually I caved and started eating cooked foods again, eventually also eating meat.
