Is very tasty and tangy dish which is eaten with rice, One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty. Wheat floor for making dow as required. 4 banana - fully riped. Salt as per taste. Grind banana in a mixture with sugar to fine paste and then put it in a vessle. Add yogurt(curd), soda, salt mix well to this banana paste. Next day morning prepare small balls from this dow and deep fry in hot oil and serve with chetni or sagu. Comments - - -.

Very Famous Konkan Dish which is very tasty :), One of my ayi’s recipes which is simple and tasty. 1 Cup Alasando - Soak over night in water. 4-5 Red Chillies, Grated coconut 2 cups, Coriander seeds 1 table spoon, 1/4 Turmeric powder, Small tamrind piece. 1 Raw banana cut. 1 dry red chilli, Curry leaves, Mustard Seeds, Hing for seasoning. In a Pan put some 3-4 table spoon of oil and then when it is heated put the mustard seeds and when it crackles add urad dal. Cook for some time until it will boil.

Take Heavy bottomed pan ,Add gram dal ,jaggery and cardamom into it . Stir it continuously on medium flam . First Jaggery melts, then it start gets solidify. When it is hard enough to grind . Switch off the flame. Take the dough out of the grinder, and form small balls out of it. The dough should be bit softer than chapati dough.
