The Amherst Striders running group is a fun group of runners consisting of all levels and abilities. The runners in our group range from those starting to run for the first time up to some hardcore runners who run further then most people drive in a day. Most runners run at different paces and various distances, however No one gets left behind! When you run with Striders, quicker runners always loop back to keep everyone together.
