On the one hand I realize the power of forgiveness and that I'll not be capable of change if I don't forgive myself and give myself some credit and yet I don't want to excuse my own bad behavior. Wednesday, January 4, 2012. New year, new me? I swear I am trying to be way more positive about things this year, even if it doesn't sound like it :). I am really happy with that, I have lost that much once before but it took me about 5 months to do it (not the 3 it took me this time) and I was taking a weight loss supplement as well. I am really proud of myself for sticking it out, going every day (well almost, December was hard for me) and for learning all kinds of new things. Or did you feel satisfied?

Monday, June 27, 2011. What a fun weekend! We had so much fun this past weekend up in Bloomington with our family. We have started a new tradition with the Earl family. Last year was the first time we participated in the Bear Lake 5k and this year makes it the second time. This year though lots more of our family was able to come up and enjoy this special time with us. We had a ton of fun the rest of the weekend too! Heading out for the first ride, notice that we are all fairly clean at this point :).
