Saturday, May 25, 2013. Day 14 with baby Irfan. Day 14 of having another bundle of joy in my life. Subhanallah. He was born on 12th May 2013 @ 11.28 am in Hospital Ampang, weighing 3.74 kg and 51 cm. Yes, alhamdulillah I managed to normally deliver this boy to this world, of course with Allah's grace. Alhamdulillah, I'm now into week 3 as a masters student, majoring in Education - Curriculum and Instruction. Uhhh I just hope there's a way out of this. It's going to be at least another 3-4 years, so I really need to figure this out. I'm quite tired of taking supplements but yes inshaAllah i will try my best to take them regularly. Friday, December 12, 2014. Grilled Lamb shoulder with MyAqiqah specialty spices. Lamb shoulder marinated with *specialty spices (secret ingredient)* for at least 1 hour. Crushed garlic, unpeeled. Pre-heat oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius with top and bottom fire. Neatly wrap the marinated lamb with garlic and tomatoes in aluminium foil. Grill in the oven for 40 minutes. Open the aluminum foil wrap to expose lamb to direct heat for another 50 minutes. Poke the meat and see if it's done :).
