http://lifeandwindmills.blogspot.com/2010/07/remember-me.html
Monday, July 5, 2010. So its come to my attention that I havnt blogged in nearly a year. Wow talk about time flying. I think overall a lack of blogging is a good sign that I have been in a happier place, the kids have been healthy and happy, blogging also is a much harder task when only having use of an I phone for the best part of the year too as my home computer finally gave up and Hubby needs the lap top at work. So, what has been happening? Liam is doing well at school and has lots of friends. Sophie...

Life and Windmills: what could we have done?
http://lifeandwindmills.blogspot.com/2009/08/what-could-we-have-done.html
Wednesday, August 12, 2009. What could we have done? As i walk quickly down the corridor, the smell of disinfectant is overpowering and I am deeply aware of the flurocent lights bearing down on me in a somewhat threatening manner. Her mother then comes into the room and smiles to see me, her face pale and worn with worry and grief, i feel awful for her, i can’t begin to imagine how it must feel to see her daughter like this, being a mother myself changes the perspective somewhat. She had apparently taken...

Life and Windmills: Is honesty always the best policy??
http://lifeandwindmills.blogspot.com/2009/06/is-honesty-always-best-policy.html
Monday, June 15, 2009. Is honesty always the best policy? Well, if you honestly want to know if your bum looks big in those pants, Jaiden is the person to ask, no feelings spared just make sure you are prepared for the answer! Sometimes it is rally funny, but there are moments where you wish the ground would open up and swallow you whole, some such moments include:. Why 'dya only got one leg? Are you a pirate? To a man wearing a turban). A elderly lady walks by with her dog) "Hello, how are you? Oh goodn...

Life and Windmills: December 2008
http://lifeandwindmills.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Well good news all round, It turns out you dont need to have a kidney to have a kidney stone! Due to lack of kidney there isnt any chance of it passing naturally but thankfully Holger should be fine after he sees a urologist and they remove it, the down side being a public patient the wait is about 6 months (but he is on the cancellation list). And if it reaches acute agonising pain at any point we just rush him to the ER and they do it then. So all up Jai is doing great :).
