February 28, 2014. Where did the time go? It is hard to believe that two years ago today, I was in the hospital shocked that I just gave birth to my very own baby boy (the shock could have been due to the fact that he was 10 lbs). I will always remember that day as one of excitement, nervousness, and most of all complete and utter happiness! The biggest thing I remember was right when Jacob was born, the nurse yelling "He has a dimple! I literally laughed out loud at her excitement! He would eat anything!

November 2, 2014. A day with Tutu and Grandma Jen. The other weekend we were so lucky to have Grandma Jenn and Tutu come visit us! It cracks me up because Tutu and Jacob are 88 years apart, but Tutu is one of Jacob's best playmates! He is constantly talking about her and the things she likes. "Tutu likes pancakes! Tutu likes Santa Clause! I'm not sure if Tutu likes all those things, but Jacob is pretty convinced that she does! Maybe Jacob will get Tutu's talents instead of his mothers! My baby is ONE!

October 25, 2014. There has been a lot of events caught on video recently! I know the saying is a photo is worth a 1,000 words, but there is something about seeing things play out live! July 23, 2015. Thanks to my dear friend Ashlee. we got some much needed photos done of our family. I realized that we hadn't gotten any done since Brayden's newborn photos! So this blog is just a gallery of my favorite photos from our shoot. Already I look at these and see how Brayden has changed. and he actually looked a little chunky, whereas now he is a total bean pole! LOL So all things considered, they turned out really well! May 6, 2014. Recently we decided to bring out the jumper for Brayden because he started jumping in our laps ALL the time! So, to save our arms from being sore every single day, we decided he is at that age to enjoy jumping on his own. It's crazy to think that he is old enough to do this already! April 30, 2014. Yet another month has come and gone! This past month he has really moved from the newborn stage. He isn't just satisfied sitting being held or fed anymore. he is completely aware of his surroundings and constantly wants to move or look. The other great thing about him moving beyond the newborn stage, is that he and Jacob are actually interacting a lot more! In fact, Brayden laughs his hardest when Jacob is the one entertaining him. June 13, 2015. A Not so Snowy Winter. For those of you who live in California know that this was one of the driest winters in our history, which makes me sad on multiple fronts. However, the biggest disappointment for this winter was that we live just over an hour from the mountains and we only went 3 times! As mentioned in prior blogs, Jacob absolutely LOVES the snow! However, the snow may have been limited but the fun definitely was not! Jacob learned how to ski! We lucked out so much that weekend!

July 13, 2015. I have been delaying this post for a while because I know it is going to take forever to write! But, we made it to Disneyland this spring! It was so much fun, completely exhausting, and worth every penny we spent! I can't wait to take the kids back again! We were able to sneak away from jobs and all go to Disneyland for 3 days!
