Thursday, October 28, 2010. وادي رم Wadi Rum. In Arabic, Wadi means Valley and, the interwebz says that Rum is Aramaic for elevated. The site is featured in The Transformers, Lawrence of Arabia. Apparently in Red Planet, Wadi Rum was the surface of the moon. Here are the pictures I did manage to take:. The fermentation enthusiasts post consumption. The line for kimchi tacos. I couldn't believe how many people were into fermentation. We ate some lunch.
