Sunday, April 4, 2010. On our way home, our neighbor texted to tell us our grocery store was having their egg hunt in ten minutes. We were right at the turn-off, so we whipped in, found a parking spot and the girls got in line. The place was PACKED! I think the store realized they didn't have enough eggs out, so they started bringing flats of pop and full-size candy bars and just throwing them out. Here's Carli realizing there was pop and BIG candy bars out there -. Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter!

Thursday, July 29, 2010. Very, very long overdue - yes, I know! Excuse the long post, but I've got some things that I NEED to post. And, yes, this is just spring pics! School will be starting in a couple of weeks so I have to get caught up. Carli had a great birthday! Still the same answer - CAKE. So, she ripped through those presents and just wanted her cake. Friday, October 22, 2010. The girls are off for fall break Thursday and Friday, so we met up with Aunt Beth and Nana at an apple orchard to play, pick apples and pumpkins. It was a perfect fall day! The rotten apple slingshot. They decided two worked better than one. Love the pics of the girls! Can see the silly face one in Carlis Sr. annual! She really did a good job! Sunday, November 29, 2009. Happy Thanksgiving to all! I had to work on Thanksgiving, so Brian and the kids hung out and played Wii. And munched on junk food all day. :) Friday, after I did my annual Black Friday early morning run, Nana and Papa came over for a turkey dinner. That night we went up to Village Pointe. Said, "Did Santa fall off a cliff? She hadn't see Santa in the carriage and was adamant that he fell off a cliff. I think she's been playing too much MarioKart. Wednesday, November 25, 2009.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Swim lessons are the girls' favorite activity. They are both little mermaids. AnLi with Miss Katie. Carli with Miss Katie. When they get to the end just for scuba diving, which is 20-some feet deep, they think they are cool stuff. AnLi "can't wait" until she can take scuba lessons, but the junior PADI courses don't start until you're 7 years old, so one more year. But she asks about once a month, just to make sure they haven't changed the age limit. Waiting for the slide.

Sunday, October 17, 2010. Kindergarten in full swing. The girls are LOVING school! The first month and a half they were soooo tired when they got home. Just completely exhausted! They were asleep by 7:15p and a few times I had to wake them at 8a. Things are better now and they're getting used to their long days. First Day of School. Playing around before school - picture day. Monday, December 21, 2009. This is fun to do! Friday, December 18, 2009. This week has been filled with seeing Santa and Christmas programs. First, a trip to the mall to do the whole mandatory Santa picture. They took their lists, told him they've been good and posed for the pictures. AnLi. Wants princesses and Carli. Wants a Dora doll. I'm pretty sure Santa will fulfill their. Belt loop - there was no turning back. I tried my hardest to talk them into something else, but AnLi. Thursday night was AnLi's.
