I find it strange from my usual mind-centered awareness to put the focus of my attention at that heart level (as if what I call “the little me in my head” moved to my heart), but I might got an insight on how (my) intuition works. But every time this happened, I end up realizing that I can still learn and evolve… I end up shifting to a new version of my self. The way out to Pedernales Falls was rather slow-going, considering that we were heading out of Austin during weekend rush hour but we eventually made it out of the city. After making an H.E.B. stop to get food for dinner, we hopped back on the road and made it out to our destination.
