Ramblings of an Undercover TCK: Do You Have a Pack?
http://ramblingsofanundercovertck.blogspot.com/2014/11/do-you-have-pack.html
Sunday, November 16, 2014. Do You Have a Pack? On my way into town, there is a call center. One morning like all the rest I was driving into town, and I looked for him and I found him, but he was not alone! This is a connectedness, I thin...

Ramblings of an Undercover TCK: August 2014
http://ramblingsofanundercovertck.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 17, 2014. About a year ago I lost my footing. It felt like a slow accumulation of Things on my to-do list, but they eventually became so great, that I lost my balance and fell into them. I have been drowning until about a month ago. What happened, you ask? A (no longer cold nor broken) Hallelujah. I don't know if my endurance has deepened, or if he's just an easier kid than she was. Whatever the reason, I'm not complaining.). Friday, June 26, 2015. I Don't Know Why You Say Goodbye, When I Say Hello. I write about transition a lot. Probably because my entire life has basically been a series of hello, goodbyes. A therapist friend of mine, who is also an MK (she wrote a fabulous book, you should check it out. Once told me, after I had called her sobbing on the phone, "Transitions will be a trigger your entire life.". But maybe I should back up. Get a glass of water? Plug in my phone? But maybe I should back up. I'm here," he said.

Lisa's Lighthearted Library Log: To cite or not to cite... there is no question
http://lightheartedlibrary.blogspot.com/2015/06/to-cite-or-not-to-cite-there-is-no.html
Lisa's Lighthearted Library Log. Tuesday, 23 June 2015. To cite or not to cite. there is no question. No, I'm not talking about the format of your parking ticket. If you've written a research paper for a class (see this series of blog posts. On how to make it more palatable- even, dare I say it, fun) then you know you have to include acknowledgements of the resources you used when formulating your arguments. These are called citations and there are several ways to note them. In no particular order:.

Lisa's Lighthearted Library Log. Thursday, 30 April 2015. Not another research paper! Relax, I know that research is listed twice, it's not a mistake.}. But, first off is the topic! Your teacher probably gave you a pretty broad topic to start off with. This is NOT going to be the subject of your paper. Usually instructors give wide ideas to give you the freedom to focus on something about that topic that interests you. And I'll give you your first hint in writing a good paper. You are writing one (1!

Adventures at the Kitchen Table. Homeschooling As We Go. Friday, January 27, 2012. It's About More Than Just Pencil and Paper. What is the sun? What is the moon? This game can be playe...
