Monday, March 11, 2013. Back from the dead. Kemal Pamuk, aka Lady Mary's lover who died in her bed? Well, he's back, or at least the actor who played Mr. Pamuk is. Theo James is the lead in a new TV show, Golden Boy. It tells the story of a young detective who ends up becoming the youngest police commissioner in NYPD history. Sunday, March 9, 2014. You know I look forward to this day all year but I can honestly say this was the best Oscars in a long time. Ellen just killed it and I laughed so hard. I was also moved by many of the acceptance speeches and the montages were especially great. Those are my favorite, by the way. Anyone know if you can watch those online somewhere? Friday, October 4, 2013. While I'm on day three of the worst cold ever, I thought I'd take a break from laying on the couch to catch up on the blog. First up? My Fall wish list. Everyone loves a plaid shirt in fall, right? Well this one has a polka dot lining! I bought ankle boots from old navy last year. And they are surprisingly comfortable. Check out this season's version. Cashmere Bathrobe is my new favorite nail polish. It's a beautiful charcoal with the most subtle glitter. I love all of these!

Monday, November 28, 2011. We ended up eating the Tortellini Alfredo for lunch, but saved the rest for dinner. Here is what we made. Sunday, November 6, 2011. It was a fun day! I made spider web pancakes for breakfast. Then after school the neighbors got together for a party. It was fun to chat with everybody and to see so many new faces. Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Last week we celebrated Jack's second birthday. Since Jack loves the playground, I invited a few friends to the park and brought cupcakes. He had a very nice time! Last year I got so busy with Julianna's baptism that I didn't take any pictures at Halloween. my mother-in-law took some though and I hope to see them someday (hint, hint :-) ).
