Tuesday, July 22, 2014. My wife and I just celebrated our six week anniversary. That phrase doesn't really work, though, since the word anniversary is specific to years instead of weeks. Still, when you're a newly-wed, pretty much everything is cause for celebration- so in addition to "weekversaries" and "monthversaries," we also celebrate "married firsts.". Married firsts" are, duh, the first time we've done something as a married couple. It's our first Sunday as a married couple! Then, "oh look, babe!

Tuesday, July 8, 2014. This week began with a birthday. Over the past few months I've been coming to terms with the fact that 30 cometh, much in the same way the Iceman does (or doth? However, this year has also had me pretty preoccupied with dating a beautiful woman, falling in love, and getting married. So I put the impending nature of the big THREE-OH behind me.
