Chilli powder ½ tsp. Garam masala ½ tsp. Pepper powder 2 tbsp (grind coarsely). Curry leaf and coriander leaf few. Salt and oil as required. In a pan add oil, onion and ginger garlic paste. Add chicken, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and half of the pepper powder. Allow to cook with lid closed. Toss well and serve.

Green chilli slit 3-4. Soy sauce 2 tsp. Pepper powder 1 ½ tbsp. Salt and oil as required. In a bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Add cleaned chicken pieces and rub well. In a pan add oil, onion, green chilli and capsicum. Saute well. Close lid and allow to cook. Sunday, September 30, 2012.

Turmeric powder ½ tsp. Chilli powder 2 tsp. Coriander powder 2 tsp. Garam masala 1 tsp. Tomato chopped finely 2. Salt and oil as required. In a pan add oil, fenugreek seeds and curry leaf. Add onion, ginger, garlic, chicken and sauté well. Add salt and turmeric powder. Allow to cook in low flame with lid closed.
