Tuesday, January 6, 2009. She will eat anything you put in front of her. Sleep continues to elude us, though. Last night we tried having classical music on in her room. It didn't seem to bother her so maybe that is the "white noise" she needs. We are going to keep trying different things until we find the magic potion! Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Pearl is one today. On the agenda is cupcakes after dinner. Carli picked the "honking" candle. Once Pearl got the hang of it, she clearly liked her cupcake! Friday, September 26, 2008. Well, one of the first families that got an RFE (Request for Evidence) about a month before us just got their travel approval. This is awesome news. Friday, August 29, 2008. Letter to Gordon Smith. Today Eric sent a message to Gordon Smith. Also our friend Keri passed on our information to Senator Smith's Chief of Staff. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. We will be traveling sometime between December 10 th. And picking up Pearl on December 15 th. I sent off our entry visas today and we have one more form to complete and get notarized. And of course, need to figure out those airline tickets.
