What it has allowed me to do is analyze why things make me mad.is it because these things hurt me in any way OR is it because it hurts my EGO? Once you can do that, you will learn to let go of the things that are EGO. You will be one step closer to your authentic self. This is a book worth buying and reading.

We had a great time exploring the Volcanoes National Park and other beautiful scenery of the island. Kilauea is still a very active volcano.
