Adventure's of Adyson and Brock Van Tassell. Friday, February 7, 2014. Here are the kids. We attended the BYU vs Utah State basketball game at the energy solutions arena. It's the third year we've gone with Adam's Dad(who cheers for BYU while we root for USU), and this year our brother-in-law, Sam joined us. BYU won again. Adventure's of Adyson and Brock Van Tassell. Wednesday, December 25, 2013. A New Bear Story. Adam has had a "bear story" since I met him. It was about when he was 18 and a bear hunting guide, and has always been entertaining. But this summer, he got a new bear story, where he was the actual shooter. He, of course, tells it better in person than I tell it. But here is the gist of the story. It even rolled one bear barrel off. Many people couldn't scare it away from their campsite. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Saturday was the Stake Prom, otherwise known as. The Biggest Event of the Year! I'd say that the majority of the LDS kids here don't go to their High School proms. So this one is pretty much IT for most of them. They talk about it and look forward to it for months. The girls in the ward all get together early in the day to do hair and make-up. Monday, June 11, 2012. We hiked up Waterfall Canyon. With the Young Single Adults a couple of weeks ago. The last time I hiked up Waterfall Canyon, I was their age. That was a few years ago}. I also don't remember it feeling quite so much like exercise. The last time I did it. But the boys had a great time. And the view was great! Maybe we won't wait so long to do it again. Friday, June 15, 2012. Collin ran for, and was elected,. Of good old MHS. To say that we are excited for him would be a huge understatement. Because we are absolutely THRILLED! He worked so hard this year at getting to know people, making friends. And showing everyone what an amazing young man he is,. And then he ran a really great campaign.
