Tezak is a chef trained in classical cuisine, graduating from La Verenne Culinary School in Paris, France in 1979. With this training she puts a special spin on simple comfort foods. Just because I went to French cooking school doesn’t mean I don’t do chicken-fried steak, says Tezak, who knows exactly what her diners want.
