animalsleepstories: August 2013
http://animalsleepstories.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Is the name of an annual interactive arts event here in Portland featuring visual arts, music and performance, bringing local and out-of-town artists together in a collaborative atmosphere, with fun workshops, performances, art shows and more! My apologies on the crummy photos, I am a lousy photographer. If you see your photo here and want it removed, or labeled with your name let me know or if I mislabeled you I'm sorry! A bunch of us getting goofy in the jungle photo booth! The amazing artist Edie Fake.

Jennifer Parks: The Charming Sisters
http://jenniferparks.blogspot.com/2013/07/the-charming-sisters.html
Wednesday, July 24, 2013. This is my piece for the Circus themed show happening this month at the Peoples Art Gallery. In Portland. I decided to take it back to the old style and use charcoal. It is still one of my favorite processes and I have decided I will be using it a lot more for my upcoming shows. While I do love color, there is just something about black and white that feels more natural and almost dream-like to me. Posted by Jennifer Parks. Your work is so awesome.
