Where in the World??: April 2012
http://whereintheworldisbeth.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Where in the World? Monday, April 30, 2012. April 30, 2012- Progress is happening, but slower than I would like. What has happened since we last touched base:. Old floor was tore up and revealed rotten part of the floor. I cut out the bad spot and patched it up with new plywood. So now that the floor and room is cleared, I started to lay in the next layer of flooring. I needed to add a 1/2" plywood to support my tile floor. Thanks to Kate for helping me with the flooring! Where in the World??: The Tiling is Done! Now the Fun Part...
http://whereintheworldisbeth.blogspot.com/2012/06/tiling-is-done-now-fun-part.html
Where in the World? Wednesday, June 13, 2012. The Tiling is Done! Now the Fun Part. June 13, 2012- After a night of attempting to tile my shower, quickly came to two realizations. 1 I had some big-a$ tile and it was not cooperating with me at all! 2 I was not going to risk messing up such a major part of my bathroom, so in came my new buddy, Ross the tile guy. Last night I was also able to finish the painting and switching. Now I am on to the finishing phase. The vanity and linen closet. Now the Fun Part.

Where in the World??: August 2010
http://whereintheworldisbeth.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Where in the World? Tuesday, August 24, 2010. We started our Zambia adventure by doing a half day abseil package. That meant we got picked up in a crazy open sided truck at our hotel, drove about 15 minutes and then met the guys who would have our lives in their hands for the next few hours. We did an activity called the Flying Fox. We got harnessed. Then they told us to run until we hit the green line. And then we had to dive! Into the gorge. I had never rappelled. Before so the 30 second. Our first nig...

George's blog: May 2009
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 14, 2009. Bi-Monthly Blog update part II. I swam tuesday, so according to a previous post that means it's time to update my blog too. Nothing real exciting but alot of it! On another note Turq at Xterra Wetsuits messaged me about sending a transition bag, which I'm assuming is new, so that's definitely a product worth checking out. Maybe a product review or comparison report to my current RSS bag? Check for that one in a week or two. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

George's blog: 12 hours...
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009/06/12-hours.html
Saturday, June 20, 2009. As always the support from everyone keeps me going, so thanks for that. Aside from the race, Coeur D'Alene is beautiful. The summers here are alot like the winters in Austin, and low humidity. After the race we're road-tripping to Montana until Thursday, then back to Spokane, Wa. for our Friday morning flight home. I'm already homesick though. Post-race update monday! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Fastest bikes money can buy. Ironman CDA Race Report.

George's blog: October 2009
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 19, 2009. Yeah, it's time to start the annoying race-day count down again. Not really. Aside from triathlon, I'm STILL a student getting my ass kicked by long commutes, early classes, and work overloads of stuff I usually don't understand. Nothing new. This may seem like "George's complaint blog" but truth is I enjoy doing everything I do. Wether it's then and there, or what I get to walk away with . Let's hope Longhorn is one of those "then and there" experiences! View my complete profile.

George's blog: January 2009
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 25, 2009. Now I'm sitting on the couch doing laundry suffering through a sinus infection I got while standing around waiting for awards. Congratulations to everyone who raced FYF and 3M today, hope everyone has a good week. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. A day of firsts. Monday, January 5, 2009. It was also reassuring because my knee pain is manageable after the run today. I spent all winter worried that I wouldn't heal as fast as I did and have to start training late. So all's good. George's blog: Marble Falls
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009/07/marble-falls.html
Monday, July 20, 2009. I'm not usually very big about race reports on smaller races, but I think it was a good one. First and foremost, Marble Falls is a great race and any triathlete who's never done it is missing out. It's smaller (500) but has flawless support. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I'm George, i was born and raised in Austin, Tx and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I'm an avid triathlete/cyclist working at Austin Tri-Cyclist and being a full-time student at Texas State.

George's blog: School, training, and Ironman champions
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009/09/school-training-and-ironman-champions.html
Tuesday, September 15, 2009. School, training, and Ironman champions. First things first, this past weekend was Ironman Wisconsin and Austin's own Brandon and Amy Marsh went up to rock the course. Brandon came in 9th pro (10th OA) and Amy WON. I wish I was capable of putting as much hardwork and dedication into training as they did and it was great to see it pay off for them. Onto my less-eventful ramblings:. Also Red Licorice Events' "Dude Girl" triathlon at Pace Bend park is sunday, I won't be there.
