Friday, November 6, 2009. Have a been a slacker with my blog, lately! Here are some photos of Caleb and Emma helping make homeade applesauce. Emma had so much fun cutting the apples all by herself. Our house smelled wonderful as the apples cooked away in my big slow cooker and after peeling and cutting two big bags of apples.we have only three containers of applesauce in the freezer. Trinity Cathedral has been the site of many great church and state ceremonies, including the enthronements of the Patriarchs of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and the consecration of all Archbishops and Bishops. Thursday, June 17, 2010. Out and About, Embassy Appointment, Shopping and Cultural Show. Double Team Shoe Shine. After our outing, we went back to the Guest House and played with Amelia a bit, then took photos with some of our new friends. Friday, November 18, 2011. Every year, our elementary school has one main fundraiser called Rocket Romp. The kids ask for pledges and then on the day of Rocket Romp they walk around the track for an hour. Our goal this year was $35,000 and we made the goal!
