Amy Schmid Training Journal. Monday, May 22, 2006. Four weeks to go. There is a local show about 3 hours away I think I may do in 2 weeks. It's Julie Palmer's(a pro figure competitor) show. My boyfriend will be doing it and I guess I should too, but I'm still a little nervous about my condition. I will try to get pictures up soon. I have 4 weeks to go until the Jr.Nationals! Amy Schmid Training Journal. Sunday, October 22, 2006. I sort of started dieting for the show (I'm still 20 weeks out). I am working with Mike Davies on my diet. Here's what it looks like:. 1 5 Egg Whites w/ Cream of Rice and 12 Raspberries! 2 Protein Shake w/ Peanut Butter. 3 2 oz Flank Steak, 3 oz. Chicken, Rice and Black Beans. 5 4 oz. Tuna and Almonds. 6 Flank Steak again w/ Veggies and Potato or Rice. 8 Sugar Free Pudding! It's way to much food now! A special thanks to my friend Gerhard in Germany!
