Friday, June 21, 2013. Princess Brinley's 4th Birthday Party. In true McAdams woman fashion, Brinley decided almost a year ago that her 4th birthday party would be a princess theme. Before my surgeon realized i needed surgery he gave me physical therapy exercises to try and break it up. That wasn’t working, so he injected me with steroids on both sides and it was the most painful thing I have ever felt.oh my god. Not the steroids, but the Novocain or whatever.
