This is my version of a recipe for Bistro Braised Chicken from Cooking Light magazine. 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 carrots, sliced. 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped. 2 stalks celery, sliced. 2 teaspoons good mustard.
