Where in the World is Amy Swaindiego? Monday, June 4, 2012. Big Metal and Swollen Glands. As I was driving, I saw signs for "Enchanted Highway" on the side of the highway I was on. I thought it was just a cool name for an ordinary highway, but then another old steel sign popped up "Enachanted Highway Next Exit". Takin that for sure. In fact, I have packed myself with food to eliminate spending. I packed: 2 cans of vegetarian chili, 2 cans of baked beans, 1 can of refried beans, 2 small cans of corn, 1 can of lentil soup, 2 jars of peanut butter, 1 loaf of wheat bread, 12 cups of noodles, and 1 box off 100 teabags.
