Thursday, May 1, 2014. Team in Training - Nike Women's Half Marathon - Race Re-Cap. 1,800 and I felt like I tapped out my networks last year when I ran it and had to raise the same amount. I was worried I wouldn't reach my goal and would not be able to raise that much money again. I knew a lot of the girls were overwhelmed just with the $1800 so I didn't want to ask them and cause more stress. I am happy to report that as a team, we were able to raise $24,677! It was kind of gross, but a lot of fun.

The 16th was a rest day in both the ab challenge and my training program, but I did manage to walk a few miles with a friend so I still got in my exercise. It was nothing too exciting. Create your own travel map. Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Juneathon: Day 23, 24 and 25. Sunday was a rest day, but we did manage to walk to "The Pie," which was a mile away. I'm sure our food counteracted the mile walk there and back, but I was moving and that's all that matters. The Pie was delicious. I don't eat meat and my friends wanted meat so we compromised and ordered half meat, half veggie. My friend's husband called it, "The Dichotomy." It was pretty funny to see a pizza like that. Hotter than Hell 100.

Tuesday, October 26, 2010. When is our next vacation? Saturday, October 23, 2010. This beach just north of Pupukea had 3-4 turtles sunbathing themselves on it. Through the course of the vacation, Louis and I snorkeled with upwards of 10 Sea Turtles and a manta ray as well as plenty of large, and colorful fish. Dinner Cruise for Friday night fireworks. It just gets better and better. Sunday, December 9, 2012. We had so much fun at our church Christmas party! The young women helped the kids make reindeer ornaments and beaded jingle ornaments. It was a major hit with the kids! After dinner and another set of games, Santa came! Kyle wasn't sure what to think at first. But, Wendy was smitten! She was so so excited to see Santa! She was sure he had her Minnie Mouse doll with him. Eventually Kyle gave into Wendy's excitement and got into the Santa visit.
