15 Months and 15 Weeks. Today Ella turned 15 months old. And Baby #2 turned 15 weeks old. We celebrated by listening to Baby's heartbeat at the doctor's office this morning. I've been working like crazy to get projects done around our little apartment before a certain little boy arrives. I'm so in love with painting furniture right now because it's an easy way to make a cheap find from craigslist look unique and cute and brighten up the whole room. The Loveliness of Life Lately. The days before Christmas included an ugly sweater party (which is a wonderful and necessary party of any holiday season). All About E's Little Life Right Now. This pretty much sums up 2-year-old Ella. We are big into letters right now. We take walks and stop at every sign to point out all the letters. This past week we were in the Salt Lake City area to attend my brother's wedding. While we were there, we spent a day at Lagoon amusement park. We would go on vacation to Utah most summers when I was growing up and Lagoon was always the highlight of my entire summer, I love that place. So it was so fun to take Ella there and relive the thrill of Lagoon through a little girl's eyes. She found it rather wonderful. When I was little we would go with all my aunts and uncles and cousins and it was the best.
