My cup runneth over. Saturday, July 11, 2015. A few weeks ago i posted about my first attempts at a fermented food diet. Headaches and bloat were plentiful and my fermented peppers turned out good however the sauerkraut turned into cabbage alcohol and started growing things (possibly the cause of the headaches and bloat). i've decided i'll stick to meal prepping and avoiding sugar and MAYBE giving sauerkraut another try once i learn how to do it right.
