It turns out that probably won't be the case. I like keeping my life both full and making time to slow down, so while i make mindfulness practice and Dharma talks a regular part of my routine, writing about my practices sometimes falls by the wayside. Friday, June 12, 2009. I don't know. I didn't start meditating to fix my anxiety issues. However, mindfulness practice helps me become more aware of my tendency to replay past events, and to focus on not getting caught in rehashing the past.
