Organized Chaos and Occasional Moments of Grace. Life is too short to look the other way for long. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Your Day, Your Choice - Just 24 Hours in a Day. How much of who we are and what we do is attributable to conscious choice or is there such a thing in this world we live in right now? Take your days off each year. Be clear, be concise and be honest. I have a hard time with the concise part, but the clear and honest part I can do. Apologize when it is warranted. Better to ask forgiveness.

This is perfect for so many reasons. A new country and a trek like this can at times be overwhelming. So the meaning of these words are not lost on me there&...I hav...

Organized Chaos and Occasional Moments of Grace. Life is too short to look the other way for long. Monday, January 9, 2012. The Final Countdown and A Letter to Baby Hagan Dier. The Soundtrack of my life right now -. For most of my life I've really believed that "success is a journey, not a destination." However, at this time in my life I am realizing that, success is both the journey AND the destination. It really does fly by, those 40 weeks (10 months, not really 9), but drag at the same time as we are ...

Life outside the lines. Let’s Go on an Adventure. 8220;The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”. Hello my name is Jacklyn and I’m an Arranger. Well, as of tomorrow, a recovering Arranger. I cannot avoid it. I’m a perpetual planner and a habitual arranger. There should be a group for people like me. Tomorrow I am going to give in to the yearning and give up the arranger and planner in me. I am ecstatic…and nervous as hell. Tomorrow I board a plane, with my husband’s mom, bound for ...

Life outside the lines. 8220;Pregnancy and birth knit womankind together. Help weave a gorgeous thread to add to the fabric. Be supportive. Be kind. Be wise. Be open.”. The saying goes that it takes a village to raise a child. I’d back that up a bit. It takes a village to go through pregnancy. Photo by Bridgett Shepherd. However, being pregnant has this weird way of converting you back to the days of your youth. This has proven to be both a good and bad thing. From top to bottom, left to right:. On the t...
