The Nadeau Family: April 2012
http://bjnadeau.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 21, 2012. Happy Birthday to our son Blair! I can't remember how to upload a picture, oh dear! The little ones when they learn to say Blair's name, usually it ends up sounding like "Bear" - - although he may be the size of a small bear he is a "Teddy" bear at heart. Blair has covered a lot of ground, literally these last couple of years with a job change and moving to West Des Moines, IA but he is always close in heart. Wishing you a great day! Posted by Barb and Jeff. Love you, Danielle!

Sunday, November 21, 2010. Well, winter is officially here. We are on the hunt this year for new indoor activities. Hopefully we find plenty to keep us busy, because this little guy has energy. but we like it that way! Oliver and his friend Maverick waiting to get into the indoor play gym. Maverick is 4 months older the Oliver, so he watches out for him and helps him when needed! Once the bigger kids got out of the jumpy the boys had a blast! They play so well together. He wasn't happy with me.

The Toothless Grin: I've got him!
http://thetoothlessgrin.blogspot.com/2009/05/ive-got-him.html
An honest expression of the joys and challenges of motherhood. Thursday, May 7, 2009. One time was especially hilarious. I woke up believing that I was breastfeeding Jack only to find myself holding my boob. I panicked and in my search for Jack I woke up Tim. He said to me, "I have him right here.". I followed his arm to where he was indicating only to find an empty hand cupping his pillow. After turning on the light we both realized that my mom had Jack with her in the guest room. The Toothless Grin: March 2010
http://thetoothlessgrin.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
An honest expression of the joys and challenges of motherhood. Wednesday, March 24, 2010. The Toothless Grin Has Moved! Keep following us at www.thetoothlessgrin.wordpress.com. Monday, March 8, 2010. Um… I think I think I can. You all remember the little train that could, right? I’m not sure where the story began, but I remember that clip from dumbo…. I’m not sure if I should say I feel like that train or what, but I feel like I’m about to attempt something I’m not sure I can do. Because ever since ....

The Toothless Grin: Jesus was NOT a mom.
http://thetoothlessgrin.blogspot.com/2010/03/jesus-was-not-mom.html
An honest expression of the joys and challenges of motherhood. Thursday, March 4, 2010. Jesus was NOT a mom. You know, it has once again been “one of those days.” It started out well. I was in a groove, getting work done, feeling good, when Tim and Jack came home. Immediately life was disrupted and it hasn’t really calmed down. Oh sure, we weren’t busy. Isn’t that crazy? We did go to the park, but that’s only stimulating for Jack, if you know what I mean. Let us then approach the throne of grace with con...

The Toothless Grin: Having it all Together - what does that even MEAN anyways?
http://thetoothlessgrin.blogspot.com/2010/03/having-it-all-together-what-does-that.html
An honest expression of the joys and challenges of motherhood. Sunday, March 7, 2010. Having it all Together - what does that even MEAN anyways? I was mall-walking with a friend of mine who is navigating the choppy waters of working mom/partially working at home mom and she said to me “I feel like I’m failing at everything. I’m failing as a mother, as a wife and as a kung-fu instructor ." [ Job title changed to help my friend remain anonymous. ;)]. What I’m trying to say is that our standards need ...

The Toothless Grin: The Shoulds
http://thetoothlessgrin.blogspot.com/2009/10/shoulds.html
An honest expression of the joys and challenges of motherhood. Monday, October 19, 2009. From the days of June Cleaver (and perhaps earlier? There have been expectations of what a mother and wife should do. While I get incredibly angry over the idea that she should be submissive - even subservient. Last night, as I was reflecting on this, I made a list of the "shoulds" I have struggled accomplishing. I should have a neat house. I should have a clean (spotless) house. I should always be happy. Many years ...
