Friday, September 30, 2011. My sister-in-law Veronique was kind enough to come and practice taking photos on Isla. She did a great job . Isla was kind of a tough "client." She wouldn't sleep and was difficult, but even so, she got some cute pictures! Here are a few of them (she was just 8 days old when these were taken). Isla's pretty cute I think. They look nice. Sunday, April 29, 2012. Tulips for Karen's Birthday. This year, for Karen's birthday, we went to the Skagit Valley to see the tulips. It was the last weekend of the tulip festival. It was beautiful! After our visit to the tulips, we headed over to LaConner for a leisurely lunch and a walk about town. Going to LaConner is so touristy that you really feel like you've been someplace. Tuesday, January 10, 2012. The last of 2011 in Picture. Trip to Tessa's school for a little play she was in. Christmas Eve fun . we opened presents this night to keep the Sabbath more about church and Christ and less about presents.
