Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Here are a few pictures of the kittens. They were taken May 11, 2009. They were 6 1/2 weeks old. They are fun to play with. Flo is on her way to her new parents as I type. Her new parents will be Erin and Spencer. They are excited! Flo, Floppy and Little Bit. They were having fun with my toes. Being a good sister and brother. He likes to explore. Sunday, August 31, 2008. Gardening - End of August. Last weekend the temperature dropped a bit, and I realized summer is coming to a close. That also means the end of the growing season. My favorite item at the farmers marker, sugar snap peas, were no longer available Thursday. I have a few more garden pictures. My dahlia's are creating buds, so those will start to bloom soon, and then the season will be over. I'm thinking about adding these to my permanent flower list. My largest dahlia bloom. After mak...

Sunday, February 15, 2009. On January 1st, I started my first batch of seeds (Tomatoes and artichokes). Pretty much every weekend since then has involved my garden. So I feel it is time to show it off. My 144 Marigold seedlings, to go around the garden. My peas (sugar snap and snow), along with some squash and a few other items. The peas are doing too well. Tuesday, September 23, 2008. 8 TV shows I watch. As a note, I don't keep up with any TV. Its not important enough to my to arrange my schedule around it. That being said. at dinner time, or if its on. 1 Buffy the Vampire Slayer (do DVDs count). 3 The Daily Show (sometimes). 5 Myles of Style (HGTV). 1 Yamato (yes, I still consider it my favorite). 3 Good to Go (lunch). 4 Chino Latinos (only been there once, but it was great). 5 Johnny's Steakhouse (Chanel No. 5 is yummy! 8 things that happened yesterday.

Thursday, May 21, 2009. Some of my irises. I will try to identify them. Hope you enjoy. What are your favorites? There were only three or so that I don't have. The black, the white, and the orange and red. I think that's all. I really need to divide mine. They are starting to go crazy! Carl is threatening to do it for me, which means throwing them in the trash. I will do it properly-ish though. Although technically now isn't the time to be dividing them. I think they will be okay though. I had a baby!

Wednesday, July 30, 2008. I decided it is time to start running again. Its only been 6 years and 50 pounds, I can handle it. Right? So, I spoke to a couple co-workers (who run marathons) about running shoes and feet, and then went out and bought some workout clothes. A week later, today, I was ready to go.
