On our last trip (to Nuremburg and Munich) Amelia had all sorts of travel phrases just rolling off the tongue. "Are we going to check into our hotel? What time does our train leave? Saturday, March 16, 2013. Madeline's Cello Duet Project. I thought the family would enjoy seeing Madeline do a duet with her cello and violin. She decided to teach herself some basic cello for a school research project. As the final display, she learned one of the songs in the practice book for both violin and cello. Thursday, April 14, 2011. Some of you may have seen the garden we made last weekend on Will's blog. It was a lot of hard work, but turned out great. So, we got it all built, put in lots of dirt, and finally planted seeds and small plants. We made a kind of fence with stakes and twine to keep the dogs out. Hooray!
