About › Trattoria Piatto ‹ Traditional Italian Cuisine
http://piatto.com/about-us
We opened Piatto in 1998 in order to offer Carlisle a traditional, authentic Italian dining experience. My staff and I share the goal of serving food that tastes great, is healthfully prepared and leaves you feeling refreshed and energized after dining. Our menus, which change often, reflect the use of traditional cooking techniques still prevalent in Italy, and are dependent on the availability of fresh, seasonal ingredients. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all,. Serving dinner nightly, 4 10pm.

What is a 365 Project? Follow My Food Photos. Where Should I Eat? January was a busy travel month for me. I hit nearly all four corners of the U.S., from New England and the Mid-Atlantic, to my beloved Southeast, to northern California and the Pacific Northwest. I revisited some favorites ( Gervais and Vine. In Columbia, South Carolina) and discovered some new ones (counting down the days until my next trip to The Green Room. In Carlisle, Pennsylvania). Not a bad start to 2013. Andalusia (26 North Hanove...
