About this, that and the other. November 18, 2013. Move it, move it. On the 1st of July I loaded a GPS running app onto my iPod and started what I hoped would be a new regime of regular exercise. At the beginning of the long summer holiday a friend asked if I wanted to try and lose a bit of excess baggage in an act of solidarity with her. I said no. Then got home and changed my mind. Why not? I went back out and bought a set of scales, the first Ive ever really owned. Posted at 06:00 AM. November 17, 2013.

A pair of crocheted curtain tie backs. And a peg bag. And it...

Sunday, 31 March 2013. A Little Easter Treat. These are the little Easter treats that I made for each member of my household this year:. It's an Easter card with a little surprise inside. The crosses were cut out of an old Bible (which met with an unfortunate accident some time ago). The hill was cut from patterned paper. The background was made by scribbling with watercolour crayons onto sketch paper and then brushing over with some water to blend the colours (such fun! Inside is a little chocolate Lamb.
