I know I don't blog much anymore - fb is just more convenient - BUT for several photos, I would rather have them on here - so here's a quick splat of our Halloween funs this year:. Avengers Assemble - - at Mom's Birthday party/halloween costume carnival. Baby Thor - I liked how the wind caught his cape in this one. Grayson ended up NEEDING a superman symbol and Thomas NEEDED batman (cuz they NEEDED to match the shirts they were wearing that day.). THOMAS's school costume parade. Me and Iron man ;).

Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Here are some fun projects I made this Christmas! Thanks to my brother in law and husband's printing business! This is a little blanket I made for sister. The picture isn't that great sorry. The sun was coming in the windows so I closed the red curtains causing a red hue on everything but you get the gist. It was fun to make and pretty simple! This is a wall hanging quilt I put together for the Humphreys Christmas party! Zoee is a great babysitter! Oh wait yes I do keep reading.

Thursday, June 25, 2015. We bought this Pottery Barn kids chair at a garage sale for $3. I later bought the checkered pink one at a second hand store. See bottom picture! 1st child decided that her blue chair needed sprucing up! She wanted pink so we bought this! First time using dye! After a successful dye job I added more stuffing to the arms from an old body pillow! Pink chair and #1 is happy! I'm pretty pleased how it turned out too! Must find another chair to do this do! We had a party last weekend, and it turned out to be so much fun! We had a Mr. potatohead Mustache Bash! The invite I made :). The kids played with Mr. potatohead, dress up, and pin the mustache on Mr. potatohead. We adults had fun sporting mustaches too. Micah didn't do much with his smash cake - until the very end when he decided he liked the way it squished in his toes. And everyone got to take home an Idaho Spud! Magnum PI would be proud. Easter is on the way! Last year I was pretty upset with myself after easter. I always pride myself on focusing christmas on Christ, but when Tyson commented about the boys easter baskets by saying "there are more toys and candy than we had at christmas". I knew I had flubbed up. So this year I am making sure to teach more about Christ so that my boys will start to understand the real meaning of easter. And then we put together an easter tree to remind us of Jesus all week. For next year I will be brainst...

I got matching ties for the boys. Aren't they the cutest? Here is last year's easter post. I had been upset with myself for forgetting to emphasize the real meaning of Easter after I have spent so much time focusing on Christ at Christmas time. We did better last year. And even better again this year. We made our easter tree again this year. The boys really like putting the pictures of Christ on every branch. Time is just flying by. I can't believe that Micah is already 3 months old today! I am happy that we are getting snow that we need this winter. I am happy that is it sticking around instead of melting away and leaving ugly brown grass and mud like it has the last couple years that we have lived in this house.
