Sunday, April 22, 2012. Sunday, April 22, 2012. Monday, April 9, 2012. Levi is now pulling up like a pro! In fact, last night was a battle trying to get him to go to bed because as soon as I would put him in his crib he would roll over, sit up, then stand up. Little twerp! We had his pictures taken this past Friday afternoon. He was super cranky so I'm not sure how many good pictures we got, but hopefully a few! I will post the ones I get, as long as they are cute. I hope everyone had a great Easter!

Sunday, September 15, 2013. Yesterday was an awesome day for all of us. Alexis got her vent (breathing tube) taken out, which was a huge milestone. They anticipated she would do well off the vent and so far, so good! Alexis continues to do very well this morning. Since getting her vent out she has not done a ton of sleeping, not even when being held. I guess she got enough sleep in the last few days that she was just ready to go! Sunday, September 15, 2013. Friday, June 28, 2013. More than we bargained for. We also get monthly anatomy scans, so we will see her at least 2 more times in her entirety before she is born. Thursday, October 24, 2013. Ok, so we have really been home for a week and a half, but I'm just now getting to write an update. Sorry! Actually, the last weekend we were in Denver Alexis was admitted into the hospital for observation. We took Alexis in for a swallow study to see if her paralyzed vocal cord was affecting her ability to swallow safely. During the study she became very gray and we could all tell something was not quite right with her. She passed her swallow study (yay! The end is near!

Saturday, September 15, 2012. We got to get all dressed up and go to the fanciest party I have ever seen, much less been to. There was a live band and tons of dancing. So much fun! She says Spanish words like "pinata" and "abuela" like a native speaker and it is so fun to hear her in her super squeaky voice. She has the curliest hair I have ever seen and she is Levi's favorite person in this whole world. It is going to be very interesting to see how they grow up together. Saturday, September 15, 2012.

Monday, January 14, 2013. Back on the saddle. My Premier Jewelry business is going so well that I am going to get to take some time off of teaching to just be mom for a while, at least a few months. Thankfully I have an amazing family who all are supportive of this decision and know that we will make it work. Sunday, July 1, 2012. We just got back from a week at Lake Powell in Utah. We rented a houseboat and, including the kiddos, there were 18 people on this houseboat for a week. It was so much fun and I LOVE this vacation! Levi did so great while we were there, especially considering he was teething and had terrible diaper rash because of it. He is such a trooper!
