Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The day after hiking the Subway, the kids took part in a Kid's Triathlon. I don't know how Zach did it. I was a little sore, but he was fine! I guess that's one of the perks of being 8 years old (one of the only ones, according to him)! Unfortunately, it was even cold in Vegas and the pool was outdoors. The kids did great though, and were able to overcome the cold weather. Here's Zach jumping in for the swim! Zach gasping for breath :). Kaitlyn resting on the way back down :).

Friday, June 26, 2009. Last Game of Winter Hockey and opening day of Baseball. Since there's only one post for March, I just have to hurry and get it done! Then I'll only be five months behind (for three more days). This was on March 20th. Zach had his last game of hockey for the Winter Season and Kaitlyn had her opening day of baseball. Monday, September 28, 2009. In my last blog, I said that the Fair was the last event of the week. I of course forgot about the most important event of Spring Break: Easter. What a great time of year! It's starting to get warm outside and nice, and it's also a time to remember one of the most important events of all time: the Resurrection. I'm so thankful for this amazing event and for its significance, and I'm glad that we are able to recognize it. Here they are with their baskets:. Me and my Hubby.

Tuesday, October 21, 2008. It's Pinewood Derby Time! I figured that I would hurry and get a few of the September highlights in and one of those was Zach's first Pinewood Derby. Zach joined scouts in June and loves it! They had to "weigh" in the car on the 10th and leave it overnight. They were a little nervous because they couldn't touch the car after that. (No adding that last bit of graphite! I'm so proud of Zach and his dad! Here's Zach getting his trophy: Good job boys! Posted by Michele Anderson.

He weighed 7lbs 8oz. 20 1/2 inches long. His mommy was so happy to have him here. the 9 months of anticipation were well worth that cute little face. Oh he is so perfect! His brothers and sisters came to meet him just a couple of hours after he was born. They all anxiously awaited their turn to hold him!

Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Here are more pictures of our day of sledding! We borrowed winter gear from four of our good friends. One day of sledding was a lot of work, but worth it in the long run. Skipping Work and School to Sled! The kids have been begging us to take them up to Pine Valley to go sledding! There isn't one free Saturday in the next couple months to take them, so we decided to pull them out of school and take off work! We told Cameron it was one of his Birthday presents! How cool is that?

Sunday, December 13, 2009. Conner turned 11 years old on December 1, 2009! We told him that he could open his present from us on his actual Birthday, instead of waiting 3 more days until his birthday Party. The rule was he had to wait until 7 AM to open his present. At exactly 7 AM he was in our room. We told him to wake up all his siblings! The picture of all the kids on the red ottoman was at 7:10 AM. Look at the anticipation on all the kids faces! Monday, August 23, 2010. Happy 14th Anniversary Steve. Steve and I celebrated our 14Th Year Anniversary while we were on the Cruise Ship. Our waiters sang, "Happy Anniversary to you," and told us to kiss the entire time they were singing. We kept kissing even after the song was over, until our waiters told us we could stop! Gabriel said."No mom.you aren't as good as Daddy.". I said, "Why not? I can play just like Daddy.". Gabriel said, "No.not really. You just don't have the voice talent.".
