Tessa's birthday party was split between bowling one night with Miranda and Carolyn S and G&G Smith coming for a kabob dinner. Meat, meat, and more meat. Tessa's favorite! Up close and personal with the birthday girl and the presents. A big step for Kaylee - a presentation in front of the class. It was FINALLY her week to be Student Explorer and she was so excited. Sunday, April 26, 2009. Here's a little update on window trim. It is ALL officially painted and done! The laundry room window. I'm now painting baseboard trim and working together with Randy on the flooring. We installed the office and guest bath floor last weekend. This weekend we did the entire laundry room and most of the master bath. The 1/2 bath will be the only thing left for laminate flooring. I'll take some pictures this week after I wipe them up a bit. Wednesday, August 12, 2009. 15th Annual Lake Roosevelt Trip. A new adventure mastered - swimming, jumping, floating. A new talent mastered - bubbles! She also learned to whistle. She was supposed to be going to sleep and I listened to her practice for more than two hours before finally falling asleep. Everytime she got a little louder she checked to see if I was still listening - hard not to in a medium size tent! Jared, Rachelle and a friend - this was the first rock they jumped from, they got taller!

Saturday, April 4, 2009. Tyson was born with an abundance of hair. Over the past three weeks it has grown to touch his ears and down his little neck. It's also started to stick straight up on top, which we are enjoying immensely. While we were at Beach Comber Kid's Cuts getting the girls a trim, the owner, Kelly, kindly agreed to clean up Tyson's hair around his ears and neck. She didn't even charge us for it. It really looks cute - especially with the long hair sticking straight up on top.
