What's New With The Anderson's? The newness, happenings and going-ons of Chris, Tracey, Emily and Kellen. Monday, November 10, 2008. We went to one of our favorite pumpkin patches during a weekend trip to Seattle to pick up a few pumpkins and jump in some hay. A beautiful day on the westside! Back on the eastside of the mountains we journeyed up the hill to a farm to see some animals. They had all kinds of rescue farm animals there and since we were the only people visiting we got the grand tour!

And Ava and Iris were in the parade this year! Evvie took a few serous whacks at the pinata, but when the candy came crashing down, she explained why she wasn't among the children in the fray: "Daddy, I got lots of candy in the parade, so I don't need that candy". Nice. First, Evvie coaches her brother how to climb up the tower.

It was pretty foggy at the top, but the kids both surprised us with their stamina. (Of course it's not a long hike, but they're little).
