July 7, 2011. I have been so overwhelmed with love and encouragement from all of you. especially the good old fashioned MAIL in the mailbox! It was an intense time together and i know it truly honored God as well as the legacy of James' life. i'm sure he would have been embarrassed to hear everyone talking about him, but it was such an awesome time to seeing how one person can really impact so many. he will be greatly missed. This is what happened in our last moments together. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Shadow of the Real World: September 2004
http://livinginshadow.blogspot.com/2004_09_01_archive.html
Shadow of the Real World. Friday, September 17, 2004. Starting "The Dark Tower". My friend Jeremy has been bugging me to start reading Stephen King's. I've decided that I can't wait any more. If I want to consider myself well read - I've got to read at least a little King. I've decided to bow to peer pressure and read. The rumor is that it is the least of the Dark Tower books and so I'll read. The Drawing of the Three. Is King hiding it for a specific purpose? I'm not hooked, but I am definitely intrigued.

My Little Piece of the Pie: October 2013
http://gudahaidle.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
My Little Piece of the Pie. Sunday, October 06, 2013. The words of a 3 year old. Oh The things we say these days Ava. Stop, stop, Listen to my words". May, Excuse me, I have a conversation" Or "May I, I have a question". You say "What's your problem? And "Awww, man". That sounds like a good idea". When you get frustrated at someone because they are telling you to stop doing something (that you shouldn't be doing) You yell "NO, NOT EVER. NEVER! And then you go "aaarghgh" under your breath and walk away.

My Little Piece of the Pie. Friday, June 15, 2012. 20 months and counting. My sweet little Ava,. Life couldn't be any more fun. Everyday is a challenge, a chance for you and I both to learn something new. You learn how to put the pieces of a puzzel back in the right spot and I learn the true meaning of patience. I want to put the pieces back for you but that isn't teaching you anything now is it? Patience. Love. Laughter. Acceptance and forgivness. I may just over react sometimes. You are amazing Ava....

musings from a mitten kitten: life at team detroit
http://mittenmusings.blogspot.com/2011/12/life-at-team-detroit.html
Musings from a mitten kitten. Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Life at team detroit. 1,400 people working on one account (Ford). Talk about being a small fish in large pond. Process, process, process- JIRA, STEP, Microsoft Project, STUFF, Ricochet, PeopleSoft. Will I ever keep it all straight? Don't feel like going out to eat or didn't pack your lunch? Head down to OTL, the onsite cafeteria that, surprisingly, serves up really good food. I get plenty of exercise walking to the bathroom multiple times a day.

My Little Piece of the Pie: February 2014
http://gudahaidle.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
My Little Piece of the Pie. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. That man that lives berry, berry far away.". A couple of days ago you asked me if I knew the name of "that man who makes people small, big.". I have tried to figure out where this idea came from but you offer no information there. You asked Grandma what his name was. She said "Henry" and you seemed fine with that name. Amen to that Grandpa! He is a wise man, my dad. Maybe I should ask Grandpa if he knows the Man that can make small people big.
