Rice flour -1 cup. 1mix rava and rice flour ,jeera,salt ,chillies with water.the batter should be lighter than dosa batter. 2make dosas on the pan .roast them on two sides.garnish with carrot and cilantro. fold the dosa.serve hot with sambar,coconut chutney. Friday, 15 June 2007. Broken Wheat Upma (Godhuma ravva upma). Roasted Rava - 1 cup. Ginger - 1 inch (chopped fine). Water - 3 cups. Coriander - 1/2 cup (chopped fine). Onions - 1/4 cup (chooped fine). Green chillies - 5. Curry leaves - 5. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp. Urad dal - 1 tbsp. 1Heat about 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add cashew or Peanuts, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When mustard seeds begin to splutter add urad dal, curry leaves, onions and ginger. Let it fry for a min or two.
