A life less ordinary. I’m home at my parents house and in my childhood bedroom and the BEST PART is that I don’t have to drive anywhere tomorrow! And I don’t have to turn on an alarm! A life less ordinary. And just like that, I’m finally, totally moved in! MUCH MORE SUCCESS TONIGHT, DIDN’T EVEN TAKE AN HOUR, IKEA CROWN BACK ON HEAD. In the interest of full disclosure:. I was obviously feeling quite defeated so I threw in the towel and will redo the whole damn thing tonight. True Life: I Really Like Putting IKEA Furniture Together. Knocked that puppy out in less than 30 min! Going to do a giant bookshelf tomorrow which will certainly take much longer. I can sleep AS LATE AS I WANT.

Because a blog is cheaper than therapy. Right Place. Right Time. I saw someone die today. It’s something I see nearly every day. It’s a normal part of the cycle of life, and within the hospital we have so many tools at our fingertips to keep it at bay. We can allow it or we can fight it. Outside of the hospital… is where things get scary, we don’t always have everything we wish we did. Death is not regulated, it’s messy, it’s brutal. Could I have prevented the loss of another soul?
